What collision centers qualify to participate?

This program is open to any Lexus dealer who owns at least 51% of a collision center residing in the dealership’s PMA. Note: If the Lexus dealer has 51%+ ownership in the collision center and “the entity“ owning the body shop DOES NOT also own the dealership, a Certificate of Secretary verifying the ownership will be required. If the collision center is off-site (not on-site or within 2 miles of the dealership) a site request must be performed by Market Rep prior to official program enrollment. Since this a voluntary program based on an individual business decision by each dealer, no supplemental vehicle assistance will be available.

How do the “Lexus Approved Collision Centers” work with this new program?

The Lexus Approved Collision Center program was developed to provide basic technical training for a Lexus-owned or sponsored collision center in each dealer’s PMA. The collision center was eligible to attend specified technical collision repair training on the dealer’s behalf. This program will continue for any “dealer-sponsored collision center” that does not meet the requirements above for the LCCC program.

How do I enroll in the LCCC program?

The dealership’s collision center will be officially enrolled in the program after completion of the following steps: Your submission of the LCCC application to program headquarters (PHQ) via fax @ (310) 381-7361. Confirmation of the collision center’s location within the dealership’s PMA and ownership requirements. Completion of an initial Customer Experience Facility Evaluation by your DSPM (a basic evaluation of the facility condition, as measured through the “eyes of the customer”). An LCCC Consultant will contact you within 10 days to schedule an Initial Certification consultation.

What is the fee for the Lexus Certified Collision Center Program?

The fee for Initial Certification is $10,750* which includes: A 2-day Collision Center Initial Certification consultation A 2-day Quality Repair Review Certification follow-up consultation An LCCC Marketing Kit Monthly Executive Summary Reports Monthly phone contacts by an LCCC Consultant Access to a dedicated LCCC website No class fee for Lexus College Courses B001-B005 Annual National Collision Center Meeting (N.A.C.E.) Bi-annual Collision Center Performance Group Annual re-certification fees are $7,750* * If a collision center is already participating in the Toyota Certified Collision Center Program, the Initial Lexus Certification is $7,750 and annual re-Certification is $7,750 (Both Lexus and Toyota Certifications would be applied)
